摘要
目的通过分析辽宁省青年学生艾滋病流行特征,为该人群科学防控提供理论基础。方法收集辽宁省青年学生2016-2019年艾滋病综合防治信息系统及哨点数据,分析该人群艾滋病流行特征、知识知晓率、性行为发生情况、安全套使用率等指标。结果2016-2019年辽宁省报告青年学生HIV/AIDS确诊平均年龄为(20.9±2.5)岁,同性传播占90.7%。各年艾滋病知识知晓率依次为98.5%、89.5%、96.5%、95.2%,青年学生有过性行为的比例依次为5.5%、6.3%、7.3%、7.9%,呈逐年上升趋势;第一次发生性行为时安全套使用率、最近一次与配偶发生性行为时安全套使用率、最近一年与配偶发生性行为时安全套坚持使用率、最近一次与临时性伴发生性行为时安全套使用率等均逐年上升。结论辽宁省青年学生病例以同性传播为主,艾滋病知晓率水平较高,发生性行为比例有所上升,存在感染和传播艾滋病的风险。应进一步加强性教育和行为干预,促进艾滋病自我检测,尽早发现感染者。
Objective To provide a theoretical basis for scientific prevention and control of AIDS among young students in Liaoning province.Methods The information and sentinel data of AIDS comprehensive prevention and control of young students in Liaoning province from 2016 to 2019 were collected,and indicators such as AIDS epidemic characteristics,knowledge awareness rate,occurrence of sexual behavior,and condom use rate were analyzed.Results From 2016 to2019,the average age of HIV/AIDS diagnosis among young students in Liaoning province was(20.9±2.5)years old,and homosexual transmission accounted for 90.7%.The awareness rates of AIDS knowledge in each year were 98.5%,89.5%,96.5%,and 95.2%,respectively.The proportion of young students who had had sexual behavior were 5.5%,6.3%,7.3%,and 7.9%,showing an upward trend year by year.Condom use rate at first sex,condom use rate at last sex with spouse,condom use rate at last one year sex with spouse,condom use rate at last sex with casual partner were increasing year by year.Conclusions The HIV/AIDS cases among young students in Liaoning province were mainly homosexual transmission;the level of HIV/AIDS awareness was relatively high;the proportion of sexual behaviors had increased,and might increase the risk of infection and transmission of HIV/AIDS.Sex education and behavioral interventions should be further strengthened to promote self-testing of HIV and AIDS to detect infected persons as early as possible.
