摘要
目的分析烟台市新报告艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者的CD4^(+)T细胞数及病毒载量(VL)检测结果变化,为制定抗病毒治疗方案提供依据。方法利用流式细胞计数法和RT-PCR法检测2016年1月-2018年12月烟台市466例新报告HIV/AIDS感染者的CD4^(+)T细胞数和病毒载量,运用单因素方差分析和logistic回归模型等方法分析检测结果。结果466例HIV/AIDS患者中,治疗前VL>400 CPs/mL为32.40%(151/466),治疗12个月,VL>400 CPs/mL为4.08%(19/466),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=169.02,P<0.05)。不同时间的CD4^(+)T细胞中位数差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=60.34,P<0.05)。高年龄和AIDS期是CD4^(+)T细胞数升高的有害因素(OR=9.18、111.15,P均<0.05)。结论经抗病毒治疗,新报告HIV感染者CD4^(+)T细胞数明显升高,病毒载量显著下降。早发现早治疗,有助于新报告HIV感染者的免疫功能重建。
Objective To analyze the CD4^(+)T cells count and viral load(VL)results of newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Yantai,and provide basis for formulating anti-retroviral therapy plan.Methods The CD4^(+)T cells count and viral load of 466 HIV/AIDS cases in Yantai from January 2016 to December 2018 were detected by flow cytometry and RT-PCR;the results were analyzed by one way ANOVA and logistic regression model.Results At baseline,32.40%(151/466)cases with VL>400 CPs/mL;after 12 months of treatment,4.08%(19/466)cases with VL>400 CPs/mL.There was significant difference in viral load between baseline and 12 months of treatment(χ^(2)=169.02,P<0.05).The CD4^(+)T cells median in deferent time were statistically significant(χ^(2)=60.34,P<0.05).Old age and AIDS were harmful factors for the increase of CD4^(+)T cells(OR=9.18,111.15,all P<0.05).Conclusions After anti-retroviral therapy,the CD4^(+)T cells of newly reported HIV/AIDS cases increased significantly and the viral load decreased significantly.Early detection and anti-retroviral therapy were conducive to improving the immune function reconstruction of newly reported HIV/AIDS cases.
