摘要
绿色节能是当今汽车行业的发展趋势。汽车OEM越来越广泛地采用缸内直喷、涡轮增压等发动机新技术以应对日益严苛的节能环保法规要求,进而对润滑油也提出了更高的要求,推动了发动机油规格的不断升级。文章主要介绍了ILSAC GF-6和ILSAC GF-5规格的技术要求,同时,从高温抗氧化、低温油泥分散性、阀系磨损保护以及燃油经济性等方面,对ILSAC GF-6和ILSAC GF-5规格进行了对比研究分析。ILSAC GF-6规格对油品性能进行了全面升级,而且特别针对涡轮增压直喷汽油机增加了低速早燃抑制及正时链条磨损保护性能,能够满足最新一代乘用车发动机的润滑需求。
Green and energy-saving is the development trend of today’s automobile industry.Automotive OEMs are increasingly adopting new engine technologies such as in-cylinder direct injection and turbocharging to cope with the stringent requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection regulations,which in turn puts forward higher requirements on lubricating oil and promotes continuous upgrade of engine oil specifications.This paper introduces the requirements of two North American gasoline engine oil specifications:ILSAC GF-6 and ILSAC GF-5,and makes a comparative analysis of the specifications from the prospective of high-temperature oxidation resistance,low-temperature sludge dispersion,valve system wear protection,and fuel economy.ILSAC GF-6 fully upgrades the oil performance,and especially adds low-speed pre-ignition suppression and timing chain wear protection performance for turbocharged direct-injection gasoline engines.Thus,it can meet the lubrication requirements of the latest generation of passenger car engines.
