摘要
近年来,随着纳米技术的发展和碳材料制备工艺的成熟,碳基纳米材料被广泛应用在润滑剂研究中。纳米效应和碳材料本身的性能为润滑剂提供了优异的摩擦学性能,同时碳基纳米材料具有环境友好性,避免了传统添加剂含硫、磷、氯等问题,其在润滑剂中的应用对节能减排具有重要意义。文章系统地介绍了常见碳基纳米材料在润滑剂中的研究现状,阐述了其抗磨减摩机制,在此基础上针对目前研究现状和实际应用情况,总结了碳基纳米材料在润滑剂应用方面的发展趋势。
With the development of nanotechnology and maturity of carbon materials preparation process in recent years,carbon nanomaterials have been widely used in lubricants research.The nano effect and intrinsic nature of carbon materials provide excellent tribological properties for lubricants.At the same time,carbon nanomaterials are environmentally friendly and can avoid issues caused by conventional additives containing sulfur,phosphorus and chlorine.The application of carbon nanomaterials in lubricants is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper systematically introduced the research status of common carbon nanomaterials for lubricants,expounded its anti-wear and friction reduction mechanism.Based on the above,the paper summarized the development trend of carbon nanomaterials for lubricants with respect to the research status and practical applications.
