摘要
为满足化工园区"精、准、细、严"的精细化管理需求,技改提升传统化工园区粗放式人防、技防、物防管理措施,以信息系统基础数据命名标准化为起点,解决化工园区安防管控区域内人、车、物精准基础信息比对问题,消除现有各安全系统信息孤岛,实现多平台流程协同管控,园区"一脸通",安全信息"一张图,一张表",确保所有入园人员可控,入场频率、在场时间、活动轨迹可查询、可追溯,为安全事件决策提供全链条、大数据支撑。
In order to meet the refined management needs of"precision,accuracy,refinement and strictness"in the chemical industry park,the technical transformation enhanced the extensive civil defense,technical defense and physical defense management measures in the traditional chemical industry park.The standardization of basic information system data naming was taken as the starting point to solve the problem of accurate basic information comparison of people,vehicles and objects in the security control area of the chemical industry park.The existing isolated information island of various security systems was therefore eliminated and the collaborative management and control of multi-platforms was realized.The"one face communication"of the park,and the"one chart,one table"of safety information,so as to ensure that all the personnel entering the park can be controlled,the admission frequency,on-site time,and activity track can be queried and traced which provide the whole chain and big data support for the decision-making of safety events.
