摘要
目的:探究新生儿喂养不耐受的护理及抚触效果。2019年12月~2020年12月期间,70例喂养不耐受新生儿为研究对象,电脑分组,两组各有35例患者,对照组实施常规护理、实验组实施抚触护理干预,探究两组患者临床指标(拔除胃管时间、腹胀消失时间、呕吐消失时间、住院时间、胃残余量、每日增奶量、胃潴留消失时间、患儿体质量增加)、患儿家属护理满意度、患儿不良反应发生率(哭闹、黄疸、发热)、两组患儿护理质量对比。结果:对喂养不耐受新生儿实施抚触护理干预后,实验组患儿拔除胃管时间、腹胀消失时间、呕吐消失时间、住院时间、胃残余量、每日增奶量、胃潴留消失时间、患儿体质量增加等临床指标,患儿家属护理满意度,哭闹、黄疸、发热等不良反应,以及患儿护理质量均得到了显著提升,两组患儿数据对比后,组间数据对比差异明显,(P<0.05)。结论:实施抚触护理干预后,有效改善了患儿的喂养不耐受状况,得到了较好的护理效果,有较好的临床推广价值。
Objective:To explore the nursing and touching effects of neonatal feeding intolerance.~December 2019,In 70 cases,Computer grouping,There were 35 patients in each group,The control group carried out routine nursing,the experimental group carried out touch nursing intervention,To explore the clinical indexes of the two groups(time of removing gastric tube,time of abdominal distension,time of vomiting disappearance,hospitalization time,gastric residue,daily milk increase,time of gastric retention disappearance,increase of body quality),nursing satisfaction of family members,incidence of adverse reactions(crying,jaundice,fever),nursing quali-ty comparison between the two groups.Results:After the nursing intervention,The clinical indexes such as the time of removing gastric tube,the time of abdominal distension,the time of vomiting,the time of hospitalization,the residual amount of stomach,daily milk,the time of gastric retention and the increase of body mass,Family care satisfaction,Adverse reactions,such as crying,jaundice,fever,And the quality of nursing care has been significantly improved,After comparing the data between the two groups,There were significant differences between the groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion:After nursing intervention,Effective improvement of feeding intolerance in children,Get better nursing effect,It has good clinical popularization value.
