摘要
目的:探讨中医护理干预在胃脘痛患者中的应用价值。方法:研究共入组观察对象案例60例,于研究期2020年1月-2022年1月内完成案例筛取与分组护理干预,按照随机数字法分组,并针对患者应用中医护理(观察组,n=30)与常规护理(对照组,n=30),对比在不同护理模式对患者的应用效果。结果:观察组患者胃脘痛恶心、饱腹感、腹痛消失时间均低于对照组患者,(p<0.05);护理满意度评分对比,观察组患者(92.88±4.56分)高于对照组患者(83.97±3.58分),(p<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预在胃脘痛患者中的应用价值显著,可参考实施。
Objective:To explore the application value of TCM nursing intervention in patients with epigastric pain.Methods:a total of the group of 60 cases observed cases,in the study period in January 2020-2022 cases completed 1 month sieve and group nursing intervention,grouped according to the random number method,and application of traditional Chinese medicine for patients nursing(observation group,n=30)and conventional nursing(control group,n=30),contrast in different application effect of the patients with nursing mode.Results:The disappearance time of epigastric pain,nausea,satiety and abdominal pain in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction score comparison,observation group patients(92.88±4.56 points)was higher than control group patients(83.97±3.58 points),(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention has significant application value in patients with epigastric pain,which can be implemented by reference.
