摘要
《千金方》将妇科病证别立其篇,并置于绪论之后的卷首位置。孙思邈重视并善用灸法,其中灸法治疗月经病占了不少篇幅。本文以《千金方》中灸法治疗妇人月经病为出发点,分别从选穴原则、辨证论治及取穴特色三方面进行探讨,探索其中灸法论治妇人月经病的学术思想,以期传承中医学术、提高临床疗效。
In Qianjin Fang,gynecological diseases and syndromes are classified and placed in the first volume after the introduction.SUN Simiao has attached importance to and has made good use of moxibustion,moxibustion treatment of menstrual diseases have accounted for a lot of space.This paper is based on the treatment of women’s menstrual disease with moxibustion in Qianjin Fang,the principle of acupoint selection,syndrome differentiation and treatment and characteristics of acupoint selection have been discussed,to explore the academic thought of moxibustion in the treatment of women’s menstrual disease,in order to inherit the academic of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the clinical efficacy.
