摘要
目的:分析恶性肿瘤化疗患者在扶正三升汤治疗基础上联合综合护理措施的应用效果。方法:选取74例本院于2018年6月~2020年6月收治的恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制患者,临床均采用扶正三升汤药物干预,根据患者入院时间顺序分为两组,对照组(37例,采用常规护理干预),观察组(37例,在对照组基础上联合综合护理),护理2个月后对比两组患者护理前后血常规指标、骨髓抑制等级、免疫指标、生活质量以及不良反应情况发生率。结果:护理前两组患者生理指标以及骨髓抑制等级差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者白细胞、血红蛋白、粒细胞、血小板计数、CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、KPS评分以及SF-36评分均明显高于对照组,骨髓抑制等级明显低于对照组,且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间采用综合护理干预措施,能够有效改善患骨髓抑制情况,提高患者机体免疫功能和生活质量,降低患者治疗期间不良反应发生率,提高化疗安全性,具有较高的护理价值,指导临床推广。
Objective:to analyze the application effect of Fuzheng Sansheng decoction combined with comprehensive nursing measures for patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods:74 cases of malignant tumor patients with myelosuppression after chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected.They were all treated with Fuzheng Sansheng decoction.According to the order of admission time,they were divided into two groups:control group(37 cases,using routine nursing intervention),observation group(37 cases,combined with comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group).After 2 months of nursing,the nursing of the two groups was compared Before and after blood routine index,myelosuppression grade,immune index,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:before nursing,there was no significant difference in physiological indexes and myelosuppression grade between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the white blood cell,hemoglobin,granulocyte,platelet count,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),KPS score and SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively improve the bone marrow suppression,improve the immune function and quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment,and improve the safety of chemotherapy.It has high nursing value and guides clinical promotion.
