摘要
中医认为“肾藏精,主生殖”,补肾法是治疗男性不育症的基本治法,疗效显著,但其作用机制仍尚需进一步阐明。现代医学发现肠道菌群失调可能通过释放内毒素、抑制维生素A吸收和下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴影响男性生殖细胞的增殖、凋亡和精子供能。本文试图通过探讨肠道菌群失调影响男性生殖功能的可能机制,为中医补肾法治疗男性不育提供依据。
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that“kidney storing essence and governing reproduction”and invigorating the kidney is the basic principle for the treatment of male infertility,and the effect is remarkable.However,the mechanism in this field still needs to be explained.It is widely accepted that the imbalance of intestinal microbiota may affect the proliferation,apoptosis and sperm energy supply of male germ cells by releasing endotoxin,inhibiting the absorption of vitamin A and the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis.This study attempts to discuss how the instability of intestinal microbiota affect male reproductive function,hence providing some evidence in the treatment of male infertility for traditional Chinese medicine.
