摘要
夜磨牙症是临床上一种常见的疾病。从祖国医学的辨证角度来看,此病与脾脏关系密切,常认为脾虚无以濡养咀嚼肌,造成咀嚼肌功能紊乱;痰浊阻滞气机,久郁化热,火热之邪伤阴动风是此病的基本病机,可以将此病归属于痰湿阻络、痰火内扰、痰热伤阴等证型。二陈汤作为古书记载的健脾化痰专剂,较为适用于治疗此病。临床上很多医家运用二陈汤化裁治疗夜磨牙症,常取得显著疗效。本文就经方二陈汤化裁治疗脾虚痰浊型夜磨牙症的机理及临床运用进行阐述,并附一则医案以佐证。
Sleep bruxism is a common disease in clinic.From the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiation,the disease is closely related to the spleen.It is often considered that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is spleen deficiency,which leads to failure of the spleen to nourish masticatory muscles and the muscles’functional disorder or phlegm turbidity,which blocks qi activity and eventually generates heat,bringing about consumption of yin and production of wind.This disease can be classified into such syndromes as phlegm dampness blocking collaterals,internal disturbance of phlegm fire and phlegm heat consuming yin.As a classical formula for invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm recorded in ancient classics,Erchen decoction is suitable for the treatment of this disease.Clinically,many doctors use modified Erchen decoction to treat sleep bruxism,and often obtain remarkable curative effect.This paper expounds the mechanism and clinical application of modified Erchen decoction in treating sleep bruxism of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity type,and a medical case is cited to support it.
