摘要
清代著名温病学家杨栗山广纳历代医家之精华,著成《伤寒温疫条辨》一书。他在书中提出温疫乃因感受“杂气”致病,病机以“内有郁热”为主要特点,治疗上多用僵蚕、蝉蜕宣散透邪,并创制以升降散为基础的治温十五方,总结出温疫治疗当辛凉透散、清热解毒、苦寒攻下、凉血化瘀,即“宣、清、下、化”四法,最终采用“逐秽解毒”治疫原则,对后世温病学的发展和温疫的治疗具有重大贡献。
YANG Lishan,a well-known febrile disease expert in the Qing Dynasty,has collected the best of doctors from the past dynasties,and has written the book Discrimination of Typhoid and Plague.In his book,he has proposed that the febrile disease is caused by the“miscellaneous Qi”,and the pathogenesis is mainly characterized by“inner stagnation and heat”.The fifteen prescriptions for treating pestilence has concluded that the treatment of febrile disease should be pungent and cool thoroughly dispersing,clearing away heat and detoxification,using propagating,clearing,removing and transforming into the law,and finally the principle of“removing filth and detoxification”to cure the pestilence.It has made a significant contribution to the development of febrile disease and the treatment of pestilence in later generations.
