摘要
现代皮肤病的研究细分越来越显著,皮肤病临床分型越来越多,探索越深,有时视野就越窄,整合皮肤性病学是研究深入后一定要整合起来。我国很多人患有各种皮肤病,皮肤性病学在不断地发展进步。要遵循皮肤性病自身的规律,认真探索皮肤慢性炎性皮肤病的发病机理、规律和诊治方法。要对皮肤病学作贡献,既要仰望皮肤病学的天空,也要足踏实地在基层医疗岗位撸起袖子加油干。现在我国大多数皮肤性病科医生在基层工作,做高端皮肤性病学研究的只是少数,只有扎实的皮肤病学基础才能有高端的皮肤病学成就。我国慢性炎性皮肤病学研究团队比较多,研究机会和研究人员也比较多,现在是我国慢性炎性皮肤病学发展的大好时期,提倡中西医并重,用整合皮肤性病学的模式去研究中草药治疗慢性炎性皮肤病。
The subdivision of modern dermatology is more and more remarkable,the clinical classification of dermatology is more and more,the exploration is deeper,sometimes the field of vision is narrower.The medical personnel of dermatology and venereal diseases in China have made great contributions.Many people in our country suffer from various dermatosis,dermatology and venereology have been developed and improved in our country.We should follow the laws of skin venereal disease itself,and seriously explore the pathogenesis,laws and methods of diagnosis and treatment of chronic inflammatory skin disease.We must make contributions to dermatology,not only look up to the dermatology sky,but also firmly in the primary care positions roll up their sleeves and work hard.At present,most dermatology and venereology doctors in China work at the grass-roots level,only a few do high-end dermatological venereology research,only a solid foundation in dermatology can have high-end dermatology achievements.There are more research teams,more research opportunities and more researchers in China’s chronic inflammatory dermatology.This is a good time for the development of chronic inflammatory dermatology in China.We advocate to attach equal importance to both Chinese and western medicine,we want to use the model of integrated dermatology and venereology to study the treatment of chronic inflammatory skin diseases with Chinese herbal medicine.
