摘要
目的:评价和枢消积丸对二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)诱导的小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法:连续腹腔注射DMN 10mg/kg 3次诱导小鼠肝损伤的同时灌胃给予不同剂量的和枢消积丸,检测其体重、肝指数、肝功能及肝脏组织病理学等指标。结果:小鼠在注射DMN 3次后,其TP及ALB水平显著降低,ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL以及TBA水平显著升高,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义。予以和枢消积丸灌胃后,和枢消积丸各剂量组均可显著性改善DMN小鼠肝细胞坏死,降低其病理评分,且可显著性降低DMN小鼠血清ALT水平,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且中剂量组可降低DMN小鼠血清AST水平(P<0.01),高剂量组可降低DMN小鼠血清AST、TBIL、DBIL以及TBA水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:和枢消积丸对DMN诱导小鼠肝损伤具有较好的保护作用。
Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of Heshu Xiaoji Pills on liver injury induced by dimethylnitrosamine(DMN)in mice.Methods:Continuous intraperitoneal injection of DMN(10 mg/kg)three times induced liver injury in mice,and different doses of Heshu Xiaoji Pills were given intragastrically.Then detect thebody weight,liver index,liver function,and liver histopathology of mice.Results:After injection of DMN 3 times,the levels of TP and ALB significantly decreased,while the levels of ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,and TBA significantly increased,and the differences statistically significant compared with the controlled group.After intragastric administration of Heshu Xiaoji Pills,hepatocyte necrosis and the pathological score of DMN mice were significantly improved in all doses of Heshu Xiaoji Pills groups,and serum ALT level was significantly decreased in DMN mice,with statistical significance compared with the model group(P<0.05).The levels of AST,TBIL,DBIL,and TBA in DMN mice were decreased in the medium-dose group(P<0.01),and the levels of AST,TBIL,DBIL,and TBA in the high-dose group were decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heshu Xiaoji Pills has a good protective effect on liver injury induced by DMN in mice.
