摘要
“三阴三阳”六病为《伤寒论》的“辨病”主体,六病以症状为纲领,包括病因病机分析,中国古代哲学的明显运用,使其具有动态、时间和空间的特点。其动态性具体体现在传变特点上;时间性除体现在六病的传变顺序及时间上,还体现在“欲解时”;空间性体现在“表证”“里证”与“半表半里证”的提出,特别是“半表半里证”的引入,是“三阴三阳”六病在《内经》阴阳八纲概念基础上的升华点。笔者一得之见,以为“三阴三阳”六病是一套仲景归纳出的临床运用辨证论治的理论工具,时间属性是其优于一般病名概念的独特之处。
The“Three Yin and Three Yang”disease is a topic of disease differentiation discussed in the ancient Chinese medical text,Shanghan Lun.It utilizes symptoms as a guiding principle for analyzing etiology and pathogenesis.This approach is dynamic and incorporates the principles of ancient Chinese philosophy,which considers the influence of time and space.The“Three Yin and Three Yang”disease comprises six diseases that follow a particular transmission order and emphasize intermediate states.Zhang Zhongjing summarized this set of theoretical tools for the clinical application of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Its unique advantage lies in its consideration of time attributes,which is not present in the general concept of disease naming.
