摘要
目的:基于晨晚分治理论的消毒扶正中药方治疗初发血小板减少性紫癜的疗效分析。方法:以随机样本抽样法,于我院(2019年4月~2020年11月)收治的患者中,抽取104例,以抽签法等分为对照组、观察组,分别采用常规治疗、常规治疗+基于晨晚分治理论的消毒扶正中药方,对比两组治疗效果,中医症候评分,血清炎症因子,血小板指标,外周血T细胞亚群变化情况,不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医症候评分对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,中医症候评分组间对比,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清炎症因子指标对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,血清炎症因子组间对比,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血小板相关指标对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,血小板相关指标组间对比,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗前,两组外周血T细胞亚群指标对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,外周血T细胞亚群组间对比,有统计学差异(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:基于晨晚分治理论的消毒扶正中药方治疗初发血小板减少性紫癜效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of disinfecting-fuzheng Chinese prescription on primary thrombocytopenic purpura based on the theory of separation between morning and evening.Method:With random sampling method,sample in our hospital(April 2019-November 2020)treated patients,the extraction of 104 cases were divided into control group and observation group,such as the draw method respectively by routine treatment and routine treatment+disinfection technique is based on the theory of the late morning partition in the prescription,compared two groups of treatment effect,TCM symptom score,serum levels of inflammatory cytokines,plaque index,peripheral blood T cell subsets and adverse reactions.RESULTS:Compared withthe control group,the total effective rate of observation group was higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of TCM symptomsin the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment,the comparison of TCM syndromes among groups was P<0.05;Before treatment,the indexes of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,serum inflammatory cytokines were compared between groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,platelet related indexes were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,platelet-related indexes were compared between groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the indexes of T cell subsets in peripheral blood of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,T cellsubgroups in peripheral blood were compared,P<0.05;Compared with the control group,the incidence of ADR in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theory of separation between morning and evening,the disinfecting strengthening prescription has a significant effect on the treatment of primary thrombocytopenic purpura.
