能源行业地热能标准体系解析及高质量发展建议 被引量:2

摘要 "十三五"期间,地热能标准化事业快速发展,已经初步建立地热能标准体系。"十四五"期间这些标准将陆续完成制订和发布实施,地热能标准体系也将进一步优化。为了牢牢把握推动高质量发展,科学谋划"十四五"地热产业规划,高标准高质量发展地热产业,提供低碳绿色可再生能源。本文在能源行业已有的地热能标准体系的基础上,浅析该地热标准体系的不足,并尝试提出高质量发展地热标准体系构建的建议。 As the geothermal industry becomes more standardized during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the Geothermal Energy Standardization Committee has initially established a geothermal energy standard system.During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,the development and implementation of these standards will be completed,and the geothermal energy standard system will be further optimized during this process.In order to firmly grasp and promote the theme of high-quality development,we will scientifically plan the"14 th Five-Year"geothermal development plan,develop the geothermal industry with high standards and high quality requirements,and rationally make full use of low-carbon and green renewable energy.Based on the existing geothermal energy standard system in the energy industry,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the geothermal standard system.Meanwhile,the author tries to put forward suggestions for the high-quality development of the geothermal standard system.
