摘要
小型薄壁件的钻孔加工是零件加工的一个中的难题,研究小型薄壁件的钻孔加工具有重要的价值和意义。基于钻模装备实施小型薄壁件的钻孔加工,可以提高小型薄壁件钻孔加工效率、保障加工精度和提升生产效益。通过精准性与一致性、模块化与多样性、可持续性和经济性的设计原则,结合结构构成与精准加工,解决了装夹困难问题,保障了零件加工精度,提高了钻孔工作效率。通过分析零件工艺分析拓展、定位基准选择、工装方案设计、钻模套设计和零件加工过程实施装备制作,进一步完善简化其结构,为钻模装备的应用提供支撑。
The drilling process of small thin-walled parts is a practical production problem,and studying the drilling process of small thin-walled parts has important value and significance.The implementation of drilling processing for small thin-walled parts based on drilling equipment can improve the efficiency of drilling processing for small thin-walled parts,ensure processing accuracy,and enhance production efficiency.Through the design principles of precision and consistency,modularity and diversity,sustainability and economy,combined with structural composition and precision machining,the problem of clamping difficulties has been solved,ensuring the machining accuracy of parts and improving the efficiency of drilling work.By analyzing the process of parts,expanding the selection of positioning benchmarks,designing tooling schemes,designing drilling die sets,and implementing equipment production during part processing,the structure is further improved and simplified,providing support for the application of drilling die equipment.
