摘要
2PZ-4000型苹果多功能栽植机是采用大宽幅起垄、定株距栽植等方式实现苹果果树机械化栽植的机具。在该机具的试验过程中,发现其定株距系统中果苗放置托板回复时有回弹现象且不稳定,产生较大振动和噪音。通过对机具试验进行分析,发现采用合理尺寸的阻尼垫片可以显著降低果苗放置托板回复时的振动和噪声,解决回弹和不稳定的问题,使定株距系统可靠性得到有效提升。
The 2PZ-4000 multifunctional apple planting machine can realize mechanized planting of apple fruit trees by wide ridge planting and fixed spacing planting.During the test of the machine,it was found that the bracket on which fruit seedlings are placed in the fixed planting spacing system had springback phenomenon and was not stable,producing large vibration and noise.Through analysis and test of the mechanism,it is found that the reasonable size of the damping gasket can significantly reduce the vibration and noise,solve the problem of springback and instability,and improve the overall performance of the fixed planting spacing system effectively.
