摘要
操舵倒航机构内部喷射流动非常复杂,受力难以用简单的力学方法求解,有关操舵倒航机构及其零部件和相应液压系统设计尚无充分的理论依据。本研究对丹麦海事研究院船舶操纵力的模型实验结果进行了分析,推导出操舵倒航机构的受力大小,并对操舵倒航机构三维建模后进行CFD水动力计算,将计算数据与模型实验推导数据进行比较,结果表明:在多个运行工况下,二者误差基本在15%以内。研究结果为喷水推进操舵倒航机构相关零部件以及液压系统的设计提供了比较可靠的理论依据。
Due to the internal complex jet flow, the forces on the steering and reversing gear are difficult to be calculated with simple mechanics method, so the design information of related parts for the steering and reversing gear and the hydraulic system is not sufficient. The model test results on manoeuvring forces at the Danish Marine Institute were analyzed and forces on the steering and reversing gear were deduced in this research. Then the mentioned steering and reversing gear was modeled and analyzed with CFD hydrodynamics. The calculated results were compared with the derived data of the model test results. The comparison showed that under multiple operating conditions, the errors were basically no more than 15%. The research provided reliable calculation results for design of the related parts for steering and reversing gear and hydraulic system.
