摘要党的十八大以来,国际话语格局悄然发生变化,中国式现代化道路、社会主义文明新形态等科学性理念和实践方案被更多的世界民众所了解和接纳,中国外交迎来“升级”的新时代。为了更好地回应世界的期待和关切,中国共产党加大对外发声力度,以理论创新推动话语创新,构建了一系列具有引领和导正意义的中国共产党对外宣传话语,丰富了人类现代化的话语实践。在理论层面,新时代中国共产党对外宣传话语创新以马克思主义话语理论为根基,坚持“两个相结合”论。在现实层面,科学地提出新时代中国共产党对外宣传话语创新的时代诉求,把握中国立场与世界指向的关系。在实践层面,有针对性地打造话语内容、话语风格、话语平台,走出了一条中国式话语道路。在价值层面,实现了对人类文明形态创造图景的积极引领。 Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),changes have taken place in the international discourse and more people around the world have understood and accepted such scientific ideas and practical plans as the Chinese-style modernization path and the new form of socialist civilization,ushering in a new era of“upgrading”in China’s diplomacy.In order to better respond the expectations and concerns of the world,the CPC has augmented its voice to the outside world,promoted discourse innovation with theoretical innovation,constructed a series of CPC’s international propaganda discourse with guiding and leading significance,and enriched the discourse practice of human modernization.At the theoretical level,the CPC’s international propaganda discourse innovation in the new era takes Marxist discourse theory as the basis,and adheres to the theory of“two combinations”.At the realistic level,the demands of the times of the CPC’s international propaganda discourse innovation in the new era have been scientifically put forward to grasp the relationship between China’s position and the world orientation.At the practical level,discourse content,discourse style and discourse platform have been created in a targeted way,which leads to a Chinese discourse path.At the value level,the positive guidance to the creation prospect of human civilization has been realized.
