摘要
针对山西省大棚蔬菜种植中水肥利用低下现状,本研究在山西省晋中市太谷区里修村温室大棚中开展。基于水肥一体化技术,以西红柿为研究对象,采用完全随机设计方法,研究了不同水肥处理对西红柿的产量、品质及水肥利用效率影响。试验结果表明:(1)在高水高肥(W_(1)F_(1))、和高水中肥(W_(1)F_(2))以及中水高肥(W_(2)F_(1))三种水肥处理条件下,均可达到与当地传统水肥管理模式下同样的产量。相比而言,三种水肥处理可分别较传统水肥管理模式减少灌溉用水量10%,10%,30%;较传统水肥管理模式减少施肥量10%,30%,10%。W_(2)F_(1)提高水分利用效率最为显著,较传统水肥管理模式提高水分利用效率52.78%;(2)W_(2)F_(1)处理可明显提高西红柿有机酸、可溶性糖、VC和可溶性蛋白含量;并对降低西红柿硝酸盐含量有一定作用;减水减肥可改善西红柿品质。
Aiming at the low utilization of water and fertilizer in vegetable planting in Shanxi Province,this study carried out an experimental study in the greenhouse of Lixiu Village,Taigu District,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province.Based on the integrated technology of water and fertilizer,taking tomatoes as the research object,the effects of different water fertilizer treatments on yield and quality and water fertilizer utilization efficiency were studied by using a completely random design method.The test results show that(1)Under the three conditions of high water and high fertilizer(W_(1)F_(1)),high water fertilizer(W_(1)F_(2))and medium water and high fertilizer(W_(2)F_(1)),the same output can be achieved in the local traditional water and fertilizer management model In contrast,the three kinds of water and fertilizer treatments can reduce irrigation water consumption by 10%,10%and 30%compared with traditional water and fertilizer management models by 10%,30%and 10%compared with traditional water and fertilizer management models.W_(2)F_(1)improves the water utilization efficiency most significantly,and improves the water utilization efficiency by 52.78%compared with the traditional water and fertilizer management model.(2)Under W_(2)F_(1)treatment,it can significantly improve the content of tomato organic acids,soluble sugar,VC and soluble protein,and has a certain effect on reducing the content of tomatoes.It shows that reducing water and losing weight can improve the quality of tomatoes.
