摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并代谢性炎症综合征(MIS)的危险因素。方法110例T2DM患者根据有无合并MIS分为观察组(57例,合并MIS)和对照组(53例,未合并MIS),采用单因素分析法及多因素Logistic回归分析法分析T2DM合并MIS的影响因素和危险因素。结果两组病程、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸、C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆红素(TB)水平比较,P均<0.05。多因素分析显示,高BMI、腰臀比及血清TG、TB、CRP水平是T2DM合并MIS的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论T;DM合并MIS的危险因素是高BMI、腰臀比及血清TG、TB、CRP水平。
Objective To explore the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T;DM)complicated with metabolic inflammatory syndrome(MIS).Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,110 patients with T;DM were selected as the research objects.According to the presence or absence of metabolic inflammatory syndrome,they were divided into the control group and MIS group,with 53 cases in the control group and 57 cases in the MIS group.The influencing factors and risk factors for T2 DM combined MIS were analyzed by Univariate analysis and Multivariate Logistic regression analysis method.Results Significant differences were found in the disease course,body mass index(BMI),waistto-hip ratio,serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglycerides(TG),free fatty acids,C-reactive protein(CRP),and total bilirubin(TB)levels between these two groups(all P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that high BMI,waistto-hip ratio,and serum TG,TB,and CRP were independent risk factors for T;DM complicated with MIS(all P<0.05).Conclusion High BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,and serum TG,TB,and CRP levels are risk factors for T;DM complicated with MIS.
