摘要
为了解硼元素对热轧带肋钢筋力学性能的影响,通过对硼微合金化热轧带肋钢筋与方钢热轧带肋钢筋的化学成分、力学性能的统计分析,研究了微量硼元素对热轧带肋钢筋力学性能的影响,总结了不同硼元素含量对热轧带肋钢筋力学性能的影响。结果表明:微量硼元素的加入,在现有工艺条件下对热轧带肋钢筋的力学性能呈弱化作用,容易导致热轧带肋钢筋边部组织晶粒长大。
In order to acquire the influence of boron on mechanical of carbon structural steels,through counting and analyzing chemical composition and mechanical properties of boron micralloyed hot rolling bar dan ordinary carbon structural steels hot rolling bar,the influence of boron on properties and structure of hot rolling bar,and the influence of different compsition of boron on the toughness of production was sum up.The results showed that the addition of trace boron element,under the existing technological conditions,the mechanical properties of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars are weakened,and the grain growth of the edge structure of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars is easy to cause.
