摘要
                
                    针对高炉气流不稳和冶强的改变,急需摸索出一套与当前炉况相适应的下部制度。让高炉的气流更加稳定和达到护炉目的。通过一年逐步调整高炉下部风口布局和一系列的下部操作制度调整。使高炉气流稳定性增强,让高炉在护炉的情况下做到了高产低耗。
                
                In view of the instability of blast furnace air flow and the change of smelting strength,it is urgent to find out a set of lower system suitable for the current furnace condition to make the blast furnace air flow more stable and achieve the purpose of furnace protection.The layout of lower tuyere of blast furnace and a series of adjustment of lower operation system are adjusted gradually in one year.The blast furnace air flow stability is enhanced,and the blast furnace can achieve high production and low consumption under the condition of furnace protection.
