摘要
为了有效识别原料缺陷造成的焊接缺陷,提高激光焊机机组的生产效率,对某钢厂激光焊机原料缺陷导致的焊缝质量问题进行分析,同时结合生产经验,深入研究了原料浪形、厚度波动、原料表面清洁度等原料缺陷对焊缝质量的影响程度,并借助焊缝在线监测QCDS系统,有针对性地识别出因原料缺陷导致的焊缝质量问题,以保障机组稳定运行,为广大同行提供有力参考。
In order to effectively identify the welding defects caused by raw material defects and improve the production efficiency of laser welding machine unit,the weld quality problems caused by raw material defects of laser welding machine in a steel plant are analyzed.At the same time,combined with production experience,the influence of raw material defects such as raw material wave shape,thickness fluctuation and raw material surface cleanliness on weld quality is deeply studied.With the help of weld online monitoring QCDS system,the weld quality problems caused by raw material defects are identified,so as to ensure the stable operation of the unit and provide a powerful reference for the majority of peers.
