大采高综采工作面端部底板煤适宜留采技术研究 被引量:1

Study on Suitable Retaining Mining Technology of End Floor Coal in Fully Mechanized Mining Face with Large Mining Height

摘要 鉴于大采高工作面采煤特点,作业时易在工作面端部留下三角形底板煤,造成煤层损失。针对这一问题,分析了大采高工作面端部底板留煤类型及适用条件,提出了各底板煤型支架个数、支架与底板倾角、工作面底板煤过渡截面积等参数的计算方法,明确了工作面端部底板煤的合理保留方法和回收技术。经过现场实践表明,该方法可提高大采高综采工作面的采收率和工作效率。 In view of the coal mining characteristics of large mining height working face,it is easy to leave triangular floor coal at the end of the working face during operation,resulting in coal seam loss.In view of this problem,the types and applicable conditions of coal retention at the end floor of large mining height working face are analyzed.The calculation methods of parameters such as the number of supports of each floor coal type,the inclination angle between supports and floor,and the transition cross-sectional area of floor coal in working face are put forward,and the reasonable retention method and recovery technology of floor coal at the end of working face are defined.The field practice shows that this method can improve the recovery and work efficiency of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
