摘要
高校疫情防控已成为国家联防联控机制中的重要一环,高校学生管理工作的重要性也被推上了新的高度。疫情防控常态化背景下学管工作面临着挑战,但同样蕴含契机。以广东司法警官职业学院警务化管理机制为视角,疫情防控常态化背景下的学生管理工作应该与育人目的紧密结合,宣传先进的英雄事迹,塑造学生健全身心,加强学生的自我调节矫正能力,积极主动地开展学生管理工作,使青年学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。
The prevention and control of epidemic in colleges and universities has become an essential part of the nationwide joint prevention and control mechanism and the importance of the college student management has also been upgraded to a new stage.With the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,student management is faced with both challenges and opportunities.From the perspective of policing management mechanism conducted during the normalization of epidemic at Guangdong Justice Police Vocational College,we should closely integrate the student management with the purpose of talent cultivation,propagate heroic deeds,help the students to develop both physically and mentally,and improve their ability of self-regulation and self-correction.We should actively engage ourselves in the student management work so that the young students can eventually develop a correct outlook on the world,life and values.
