摘要
基于目前戒毒场所开展康复训练的现状,积极尝试采用康复训练新方法,探索适合吸食新型毒品戒毒人员康复训练的新训练模式。通过32名吸食新型毒品戒毒人员音乐律动与康复训练融合模式的实践,采用问卷调查、访谈、数据对比等方法,对参与康复训练的戒毒人员前后阶段的体质测试、心理状况进行对比分析,系统研究音乐律动和康复训练运动分别对戒毒人员体质及心理的影响,以及两者结合后如何最大限度地发挥潜能,取得更佳的戒治效果。
In view of the present situation of rehabilitation training conducted at drug treatment centers,we should actively try new training methods for rehabilitation and explore new training modes suitable for the addicts abusing novel drugs.Through the practice of combining music rhythm with rehabilitation training for 32 addicts abusing novel drugs,we tested,compared and analyzed their physical and mental conditions before and after the treatment by means of questionnaires,interviews,and data comparison.Besides,we also studied comprehensively the respective effects of music rhythm and rehabilitation training over the physical and mental conditions of the addicts and the measures to maximize their potentials after the combination of the two so as for the addicts to receive a better treatment.
