摘要
社会工作作为一个重要的专业性实践,与乡村振兴战略总体目标具有内在契合性,社会工作可以充分发挥专业优势助力乡村振兴。社会工作介入乡村振兴的主要价值空间包括:聚焦资源优势,促进产业兴旺;培养乡村人才,助力乡村振兴;提升文化自信,共建乡村文明;增强环保意识,建设美丽家园;发挥村民主体性优势,激发内在动力。促进社会工作有效介入乡村振兴的机制包括:提升社会工作者服务乡村振兴的专业能力;加强本土社会工作者的培育;大力推进乡村社工站的建立;积极推动社会各界配合。
As an important professional practice,social work is inherently consistent with the overall goal of rural revitalization strategy.Social work can give full play to its professional advantages to promote rural revitalization.The main value space of social work involvement in rural revitalization includes:focusing on resource advantages to promote industrial prosperity;cultivate rural talents and promote rural revitalization;enhance cultural confidence and build rural civilization together;enhance the awareness of environmental protection and build a beautiful home;give play to the advantages of the villagers’subjectivity and stimulate the inner power.The mechanisms to promote the effective involvement of social work in rural revitalization include:enhancing the professional ability of social workers to serve rural revitalization;strengthening the cultivation of indigenous social workers;vigorously promote the establishment of rural social work stations;we will actively promote cooperation from all sectors of society.
