摘要
金融社会工作是社会工作与金融学的一个交叉领域,通过改善个体和家庭的金融能力来帮助其实现经济利益,进而促进社会的全面福祉,目前初步呈现出理论研究与实务探索并行的局面。通过回顾相关文献,发现已有研究主要集中在金融社会工作涵义与价值伦理、金融社会工作实务、金融社会工作发展三个方面。在普惠金融的大背景下,今后的金融社会工作应注意加强自身的本土化探索、着力金融社会工作教育与人才培养、加强金融社会工作与其他社会工作领域的交叉研究并探索不同人群的金融社会工作研究与服务。
Financial social work is an interdisciplinary field that combines social work with finance.It aims to help individuals and families achieve economic benefits by improving their financial capabilities,thereby promoting the overall social well-being.Currently,it is emerging as a field where theoretical research and practical exploration are happening simultaneously.By reviewing the relevant literature,it is found that the existing research mainly focuses on three aspects:the meaning and value ethics of financial social work,the practice of financial social work,and the development of financial social work.In the context of inclusive finance,future financial social work should pay attention to strengthening its localization exploration,focusing on financial social work education and talent development,strengthening the cross-professional research between financial social work and other fields of social work,and exploring research and services for different populations of people in financial social work.
