摘要
公安机关是实施未成年人保护工作的重要载体。当前,政府购买警务社会工作服务正当其时,警务社会工作者也成为介入未成年人保护和预防未成年人犯罪工作的有效社会辅助力量。基于一个严重不良行为未成年人的个案社会工作介入研究,归纳结构家庭治疗在此类个案中的介入经验:一是应充分发挥家庭系统在干预中的积极作用,二是需注重不同理念与技术的融合运用,三是有必要开拓适合本土文化情境的服务内容。
Public security organs are an important platform for implementing the protection of minors.At present,it is timely for the government to purchase police social work services,and police social workers have also become effective social assistance forces involved in intervening the protection of minors and preventing juvenile delinquency.Based on a case study of social work intervention for serious misconduct by minors,this research summarizes the experiences of using structural family therapy in such cases.Firstly,it is important to fully utilize the positive role of the family system in interventions.Secondly,it is necessary to pay attention to the integration of different concepts and techniques.Thirdly,it is important to develop service content that is suitable for the local cultural context.
