摘要
高质量社会工作专业人才培养离不开健全完善的专业实践教育体系的构建。当前我国社会工作专业实践教育存在教育目标不清晰、课程体系缺乏进阶式理念、学校与实践机构协同育人机制不完善等不足。聚焦2019年日本社会工作专业培养课程改革,发现其在实践教育目标和课程体系设置、实践教育平台打造、指导教师专业资质等方面做出了重要调整和明确要求。结合我国社会经济发展对社会工作专业人才的现实需求和社会工作专业实践教育的不足之处,借鉴日本社会工作专业实践教学体系改革举措,从建立标准化社会工作专业实践课程体系,明确专业实践课程指导教师与实习机构督导的资质要求,打造多元化社会工作专业实践教育平台三个方面提出推动我国社会工作专业实践教育高质量发展路径。
High-quality training of social work professionals relies on the establishment of a sound and comprehensive professional practice education system.Currently,in China,there are deficiencies in social work professional practice education,including unclear educational objectives,lack of progressive concepts in curriculum design,and inadequate coordination between schools and practice institutions.Focusing on the 2019 curriculum reform for social work professional training in Japan,it is noted that significant adjustments and clear requirements have been made regarding the objectives and curriculum system of professional practice education,the creation of practice education platforms,and qualifications of guidance teachers.Considering the practical demands of China’s socio-economic development for social work professionals and the shortcomings in social work professional practice education,this study proposes a path for promoting the high-quality development of social work professional practice education in China by drawing on the reform measures of Japan’s social work professional practice teaching system.This path includes three aspects:establishing a standardized curriculum system for social work professional practice,clarifying the qualification requirements for guidance teachers of professional practice courses and supervisors from internship institutions,and creating diversified platforms for social work professional practice education.
