摘要
孤独症,又称自闭症,是一种起病于婴幼儿时期的神经发育障碍性疾病,该疾病以不同程度的社会交往障碍、语言发育障碍、兴趣狭隘、行为重复刻板为主要临床特征。因患者仿佛生活在自己的星球上,又常常被人称为“星星的孩子”。高昂的康复治疗费用和难以治愈的现实状况,让患病儿童的家庭不堪重负。文章通过查阅资料、实地走访、开展座谈、个人访谈等方式,深入剖析孤独症儿童家庭需求,从缓解家庭压力、保障儿童权益、发挥社区作用、培养专业队伍、规范行业发展等方面提出相应建议与对策,为孤独症儿童及其家庭提供必要帮扶,进而构建相应支持体系。
Autism,also known as autism disorder,is a neurodevelopmental disorder that typically begins in infancy or early childhood.It is characterized by varying degrees of social interaction difficulties,language development delays,restricted interests,and repetitive and stereotypical behaviors.The patients seem to live on their own planet and are often referred to as“children of the stars”.The high cost of rehabilitation treatment and the difficult reality of incurability make it unbearable for the families of children with autism.The article thoroughly analyzes the needs of families with autistic children through literature review,field visits,discussions,and personal interviews.It proposes corresponding suggestions and strategies to alleviate family pressure,safeguard children’s rights,harness the power of communities,cultivate professional teams,and regulate industry development.These efforts aim to provide necessary assistance to autistic children and their families and ultimately establish a supportive system.
