摘要
对植物染料茜草的染色性能进行了研究,通过正交试验分析茜草染液浓度、染色时间、染液pH、染色温度、媒染剂对染色效果的影响,得出了最佳染色工艺方案。将茜草染料与中国传统手工扎染技艺结合,制作出创新的手工扎染作品,将其应用到服装和家用纺织品领域,得到了兼具环保与艺术性的纺织品。结果表明:茜草染色深度会随着染液浓度、染色时间、染色温度的增加而加大,但超过一定阈值后,色彩会趋于饱和;基于染色效果及环保性考虑,选择柠檬酸为媒染剂,染液pH为7,染液质量浓度为0.04 g/mL,染色时间为40 min,染色温度为70℃。
The dyeing performance of plant dyestuff madder is studied.The effects of concentration,dyeing time,p H value,dyeing temperature and mordant on the dyeing effect are analyzed by orthogonal experiments.The optimum dyeing process is obtained.The combination of rutile dyes and traditional Chinese tie-dyeing techniques is used to produce innovative hand-tie-dyeing works,which can be applied to garments and household textiles.Modern textiles with both environmental protection and artistry are obtained.The results show that the dyeing depth increases with the increase of dye concentration,dyeing time and dyeing temperature,but the color tends to be saturated when the dyeing temperature exceeds a certain threshold.Based on dyeing effect and environmental protection,citric acid is selected as the mordant,and the optimum madder dyeing process is treating at 70℃for 40 min with pH value of 7 and dyeing solution of 0.04 g/mL.
