摘要
Lyocell纤维生产过程的安全控制是生产难点,易引起泄爆。对Lyocell纤维生产过程中纤维素/NMMO/水三元体系稳定性机理进行了分析,结合生产实践经验对稳定剂的使用和生产过程中的安全控制进行了分析。结果表明:生产过程要重视温度和铁、铜离子的控制,PG和HA需要混合使用,要采取措施降低NMMO的分解,纺丝液制备和输送过程应该严格控制。
The safety control of the lyocell fiber production process is a difficult point in the entire lyocell fiber production,which is easy to cause explosion venting.The stability mechanism of the cellulose/NMMO/water ternary system in the lyocell fiber production process is discussed.Based on the research results and practical experience,the use of the stabilizing agent and the safety control of the production process are analyzed.The results show thattemperature and the iron and copper ions control during the production process should be considered.PG and HA need to be used in mixture.Measures should be taken to reduce the decomposition of NMMO.The spinning solution preparation and transportation process should be strictly controlled.
