聚乳酸/氧化石墨/聚多巴胺纳米纤维膜的制备及性能 被引量:3

Preparation of polylactic acid/graphite oxide/polydopamine nanofiber membrane and its properties

摘要 为了改善全球范围内日趋严重的印染废水污染问题,通过仿蜘蛛纺丝静电纺技术,对聚乳酸(PLA)、氧化石墨(GO)和多巴胺(DA)进行共混纺丝,再将DA氧化聚合成PDA,制备PLA/GO/PDA纳米纤维膜,并对纳米纤维膜的微观结构、热性能、力学性能、亲水性与吸附性进行表征。试验结果表明:相对于纯PLA纳米纤维膜,PLA/GO多孔纳米纤维膜平均孔径减小,孔总数量增加;纳米纤维断裂强度、断裂伸长率提高,也更加均匀。加入DA后,纳米纤维的孔径分布更密集,断裂强度大幅增加,断裂伸长率和纯PLA纳米纤维相近。DA经氧化聚合成PDA后得到PLA/GO/PDA纳米纤维膜。纳米纤维膜表面附着一层聚多巴胺,为亲水性材料。基于PLA/GO/DA纳米纤维膜制备的PLA/GO/PDA纳米纤维膜优于基于PLA/GO纳米纤维膜所制备的PLA/GO/PDA纳米纤维膜,其24 h的吸附率高达98.81%。 In order to improve the increasingly serious water pollution problem in the world,poly(lactic acid)(PLA),graphite oxide(GO)and dopamine(DA)are blended by a spider like electrospinning technology,and then DA is oxidized and polymerized into PDA to prepare PLA/GO/PDA nanofiber membrane.The morphological characterization,thermal properties,mechanical properties,wetting properties and adsorption of the nanofiber membrane are characterized.The results show that compared with pure PLA nanofiber membrane,the average pore diameter of PLA/GO porous nanofiber membrane decreases,and the total number of pores increases;the breaking strength and elongation at break of PLA/GO nanofiber are improved,and the nanofiber is more uniform.After adding DA,the pore size distribution of the nanofiber is more dense,the breaking strength is greatly increased,and the elongation at break is similar to that of pure PLA nanofiber.The PLA/GO/PDA nanofiber membrane is prepared by oxidative polymerization of DA,a layer of dopamine is attached on the surface of the membrane,which makes the membrane a hydrophilic material.It is found that the PLA/GO/PDA nanofiber membrane based on PLA/GO/DA nanofiber membrane is better than the PLA/GO/PDA nanofiber membrane based on PLA/GO nanofiber membrane,with an adsorption rate of up to 98.81%in 24 h.
