摘要 随着BIM技术的不断发展和推广,BIM算量也越来越成为BIM技术运用点的核心之一。以实际工程为研究对象,建立楼栋的BIM模型导出混凝土的模型量用于编制混凝土供应计划,通过统计并对比分析混凝土的模型量和实际用量的差异。得到以下结论:由于模型未考虑实际混凝土浇筑做法导致柱的混凝土实际用量均大于模型中的实物量,楼层柱混凝土实际用量/模型量的比例系数逐层递增;由于混凝土运输、浇筑过程中的损耗和计量不准确导致楼层合计的混凝土实际用量普遍大于模型量;BIM模型可用于混凝土供应计划的管理,在BIM得到模型量中考虑混凝土浇筑的施工做法和可能发生的消耗可获得更加符合实际用量的混凝土供应计划。 With the continuous development and promotion of BIM technology,BIM computation has increasingly become one of the core points of BIM technology application.Taking the actual project as the research object,the BIM model of the building was established to derive the model quantity of concrete for the preparation of concrete supply plan,and the difference between the model quantity and the actual quantity of concrete was compared and analyzed through statistics.The following conclusions are obtained:because the model does not consider the actual concrete pouring practice,the actual concrete amount of the column is greater than the actual amount of the model,and the proportion coefficient of the actual concrete amount of the floor column increases layer by layer;Because of the concrete transportation,the loss in the pouring process and the inaccurate measurement,the actual concrete consumption of the total floor is generally greater than the model quantity;The BIM model can be used for the management of concrete supply plan,and the concrete supply plan that is more consistent with the actual amount can be obtained by taking the construction practice of concrete pouring and the possible consumption into consideration in the BIM obtained model quantity.
