摘要
钢筋笼的制作加工、入槽等工序是地下连续墙施工过程中的关键性环节,直接影响地下连续墙成品强度及抗渗性,因此对钢筋笼吊运、入槽过程开展研究意义重大。以南京地铁7号线省二院站为工程背景,通过对地下连续墙钢筋笼吊装作业中的起重机械选择、吊具安全性验算、吊点布置计算等内容进行探讨,总结了一套安全可靠的超长地下连续墙钢筋笼吊装施工技术,保证了地下连续墙后续作业的施工质量。
The process of making and processing steel cages is a key link in the construction process of underground continuous wall,which directly affects the strength and impermeability of underground continuous wall products.Therefore,the research significance of the lifting and grooving process of steel cages is carried out.major.Based on the second station of Nanjing Metro Line No.7,this paper discusses the selection of lifting machinery,safety inspection of lifting tools and calculation of lifting point layout in the reinforced concrete cage lifting operation of underground continuous wall,and summarizes a set of safety.Reliable construction technology of super-long underground continuous wall steel cage hoisting ensures the construction quality of the subsequent operation of underground continuous wall.
