摘要
南通大剧院项目为超深基坑、超高支模、大体积混凝土多、曲线构件多、BIM应用要求高的大型剧院类建设项目。结合本工程特点和各项质量要求,采用软硬件结合对结构施工质量控制提出多项解决方案,应用智慧建造APP、数据管理平台、BIM+VR、深基坑位移监测、高支模应力监测等质量管理模块化工具,以满足各项质量指标。
Nantong Grand Theatre project is a large-scale theatre construction project with super deep foundation excavation,super high formwork,large volume concrete,many curved components and high BIM application requirements.Combined with the characteristics of the project and various quality requirements,several solutions for quality control of structural construction are put forward by combining software and hardware.Quality management modular tools such as APP,data management platform,BIM+VR,displacement monitoring of deep foundation excavation and stress monitoring of high formwork are built with wisdom to meet various quality indicators.
