摘要
铝合金模板施工技术是建筑业的一次变革,高层建筑剪力墙结构的标准化程度较高,使用铝合金模板更加普遍,但部分外墙可能存在少量二次砌体工程,大大降低了铝合金模板的使用效率。在高层剪力墙结构体系中使用铝合金模板需对建筑外墙结构进行适当优化,才能更好地发挥铝合金模板优势。通过对已建成的红花二期棚户区改造建设项目铝合金模板的使用工程实例,阐述高层建筑剪力墙结构墙体使用铝合金模板施工工艺的优化调整。
The construction technology of aluminum alloy formwork is a revolution in the construction industry.The shear wall structure of high-rise buildings is highly standardized and the use of aluminum alloy formwork is more common.However,some exterior walls may have a small amount of secondary masonry works,greatly reducing the use efficiency of aluminum alloy formwork.In the suspension system of high-rise shear wall structure,the use of aluminum alloy formwork requires proper optimization of the external wall structure of the building in order to give full play to the advantages of aluminum alloy formwork.In this paper,the optimization and adjustment of the construction technology of aluminum alloy formwork used in high-rise shear wall structure building wall is expounded through the example of aluminum alloy formwork used in the construction project of Honghua PhaseⅡshantytown renovation.
