摘要
地下连续墙工字钢接头清刷质量好坏以及清刷效率的高低,直接影响到地下连续墙的止水效果及施工进度。为此,为了解决地下连续墙工字钢接头清刷面临的诸多问题,通过对接头刷壁器钢毛刷进行改进,以及对刷壁器安装方式进行优化,使得刷壁效果得到了明显改善,解决了工字钢接头清刷的质量问题,直接利用成槽机大大减少了工序转换,节约了刷壁时间,提高了施工效率,取得了良好的经济和技术效益。
The Anti-seepage effect and construction progress of the diaphragm wall is determined by the efficiency and quality of the I-steel joint cleaning.In order to solve the problems related to the cleaning of I-steel joint of underground continuous wall,the steel brush for cleaning the wall and the installation mode of wall brush was modified and improved correspondingly,the quality of wall cleaning was improved and the problem of cleaning I-steel joint was solved.the time of process conversion was greatly reduced and the time of wall brush was saved by using the grooving machine directly,The construction efficiency was improved and good economic and technical benefits were obtained.
