摘要
主要介绍对滨海浅滩区域桥梁线形控制,通过合理布设加密点位,从而对整个桥梁结构物进行精确施工测量,达到精准控制整个桥梁线形质量的目的。
In the process of infrastructure project construction,project change is the normal work of daily project management,contract and economic and technical management.However,in most cases,the general contractor of construction is often in a passive state of change management,and the construction party can not smoothly achieve the expected change target due to various reasons.Only a small number of construction parties are active,and few want to achieve the goal of change.Therefore,this paper describes the management of project planning change in the early stage,the project change management in the implementation stage,and the key breakthrough objects of change direction,so as to achieve the change goal.
