基于回弹模量法施工的公路路基工后沉降监测 被引量:7

摘要 回弹模量是反映路基抗变形能力的力学指标,将回弹模量代替压实度作为路基施工质量控制指标,并结合实时在线检测技术,能克服压实度控制方法存在的诸多不足。选取了基于回弹模量法施工的示范段路基工程,开展了路基工后沉降监测,评价了路基的路用性能,以检验基于回弹模量控制的路基填筑技术的可靠性,为其工程推广提供理论支持。观测结果表明:初始阶段路基表面和内部各点最大沉降速率约为0.16mm/d,并逐渐趋于稳定。整个监测期内,累计沉降较小,路基整体稳定,从而验证了基于回弹模量法的公路路基施工技术的可靠性。 Resilient modulus is a mechanical index reflecting the deformation resistance ability of subgrade.Taking resilient modulus instead of compaction degree as the quality control index of subgrade construction,and combining with real-time online detection technology,can overcome many shortcomings of compaction degree control method.In this study,a settlement monitoring of subgrade after construction was carried out in a demonstration subgrade project based on resilient modulus method.The subgrade performance was evaluated in order to test the reliability of subgrade construction technology based on resilient modulus control method,and to provide theoretical support for its engineering application.The observation results showed that the maximum settlement rate of subgrade surface and interior points was about 0.16 mm/d in the initial stage,and gradually tended to be stable.During the whole monitoring period,the accumulative settlement was small and the subgrade was stable,which verifies the reliability of the technology.
