磷对GH984G高温低周疲劳性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在部分镍基高温合金中加入适量磷可以有效提升材料的高温持久蠕变性能,本文对四种磷含量的镍基高温合金GH984G进行了高温低周疲劳试验。结果表明:随着磷含量增加,GH984G高温低周疲劳寿命呈现先升高再降低的趋势。适量磷使合金晶内硬度增大,晶界处大块MC碳化物变少,变形孪晶数量增加,疲劳源数量减少,材料循环软化程度下降,裂纹扩展受阻,进而提升疲劳寿命。过量磷的加入使GH984G合金的晶粒尺寸变大,二次裂纹数量增多,不利于疲劳寿命。 Adding appropriate amount of phosphorus to some nickel-based superalloys can effectively improve the high temperature creep properties and rupture properties of the materials,the low cycle fatigue properties of four kinds of nickel-based superalloys GH984G with different phosphorus content are tested under high temperature. The results show that the high temperature low cycle fatigue life of GH984G increases first and then decreases with the increase of phosphorus content. Appropriate phosphorus increases the hardness of the alloy,decreases the number of large MC carbides at grain boundaries, increases the number of deformation twins,decreases the number of fatigue sources,decreases the degree of cyclic softening of the material,and hinders the crack growth, thus increasing the fatigue life. The addition of excess phosphorus enlarges the grain size and increases the number of secondary cracks of GH984G alloy,which is not conducive to fatigue life.
