摘要
为了一次性同时检测电解液中液位和密度,降低测量的工作强度和提高工作效率,研制一种压差式测量系统来实现对浓硫酸液位和密度的精准测量。实验分析了均匀载荷对传感器的压力作用,研究引起测量误差的因素。通过理论分析和模型仿真,选用合适的敏感元件,对传感器进行实验测试,分析其线性和测量误差。实验结果表明,该方法简化了检测的步骤和过程,提高了工作效率,避免人与浓硫酸直接接触,提高了安全性。
In order to simultaneously detect the liquid level and density in the electrolyte,reduce the workload of the measurement and improve the working efficiency,a differential pressure measuring system was developed to achieve accurate measurement of the concentration and density of concentrated sulfuric acid.The pressure effect of uniform load on the sensor is analyzed,and the factors that cause measurement error are discussed.Through the theoretical model analysis and simulation,the appropriate sensitive components are selected.The sensor is then analyzed experimentally for its linearity and measurement error.The experimental results show that the method simplifies the steps and processes of detection,improves work efficiency,avoids contact between human and concentrated sulfuric acid liquid,and improves safety.
