摘要
针对往复压缩机气阀故障难以在线检测这一问题,结合气阀工作原理与故障类型及特征,提出一种可用于气阀故障在线检测的测试系统,应用该系统对符合实际生产中常见的四种气阀工况进行振动信号采集,并对采集的信号进行频谱分析。实验结果表明:该系统可有效的应用于往复压缩机气阀的在线检测中,测得的信号经频谱分析与实际气阀故障类型相对应,能够反映气阀故障特征,可用于进一步的故障诊断研究,具有较高的实用价值。
It is difficult to detect the valve fault of a reciprocating compressor online.A test system is proposed to solve the problems of detecting the valve fault online,combining the working principle of the valve and the type and characteristics of the fault.The vibration signals of the four operating conditions of the valve were collected,and the collected signals were analyzed by frequency spectrum.The results show that the system can be effectively applied to the online detection of reciprocating compressor air valves.The measured signal corresponds to the actual valve failure type through spectrum analysis,and can reflect the valve failure characteristics.The measurement data can be used for further fault diagnosis research and has high practical value.
