摘要
任何一门科学,无论是自然科学或是社会科学,都有自己特定的发展规律和基本原理。方志学既是一门理论科学,又是一门应用科学,具有自身独特的发展规律和基本原理。方志学基本原理是方志学学科体系的重要组成部分。方志学理论研究最根本的方法和指导思想是马克思主义的唯物史观和辩证唯物观。方志学作为一门独立的学科,在历史的长河中积累了各方面的资料,可以供其他学科参考,具有极其重要的参考价值。方志学基本原理是方志学独立学科的重要组成部分,也是方志学理论研究的主要课题。
Science,be it natural science or social science,has its own specific development rules and basic principles. Being both a theoretical science and an applied science,Local Chronicles Study has its own unique development rules and basic principles. Its basic principles are an important part of the discipline system of Local Chronicles Study. The most fundamental method and guiding ideology of the theoretical study of Local Chronicles Study are Marxist historical materialism and dialectical materialism. As an independent discipline,Local Chronicles Study has accumulated various materials in the long history,which can be used as reference for other disciplines and have extremely important reference value. Its basic principles are not only an important part of the independent discipline of Local Chronicles Study,but also the main subject of the theoretical research of Local Chronicles Study.
