摘要
内卷化是人类学研究概念,指一种社会或文化模式在某一发展阶段达到一种确定的形式后便停滞不前、无法渐进增长的现象。所谓地方志工作内卷化,即是指地方志事业进入一种“有增长而无发展”的状态。如需消除内卷化给地方志各项工作带来的影响,则要大力推行依法治志、明确地方志机构职能、建立地方志独立学科、制定修志“链条”中的各项“国家标准”。
Involution is an anthropological concept,referring to the phenomenon that a social or cultural model stagnates and spirals into a state of internal friction after reaching a certain form at a certain stage of development.The socalled involution of local chronicles means that the local chronicles have entered a state of "expansion with no development".To eliminate the influence of involution on the work of local chronicles,we should vigorously promote the rule of law in chronicles compilation,specify the functions of local chronicles institutions,establish the independent discipline of local chronicles,and formulate various "national standards" in the "chains" of chronicles compilation.
