摘要
长征四号运载火箭底部防热软结构所采用的柔性抗烧蚀层中的室温硫化硅橡胶,为手工刮覆硫化成型,生产质量稳定性不足。针对该问题,提出通过压延使甲基乙烯基硅橡胶均匀涂覆在无碱平纹玻璃纤维布两面,提高外烧蚀层和柔性抗烧蚀层成型质量,使其抗拉强度、耐折性与耐烧蚀性能均满足设计要求。
Since the room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber in the flexible ablative layer used in the heatproof soft structure at the bottom of the Long March-4 rocket is formed by manual scraping vulcanization,the production quality is not stable enough. In order to solve this problem,a process is proposed,in which the methyl vinyl silicone rubber is evenly coated on both sides of the alkali free fiberglass cloth by calendaring. The process can improve the forming quality of the external ablative layer and flexible ablative layer,and make the tensile strength,folding resistance,and ablation resistance meet the design requirements.
